About Us-Born From a Community's Need
About us at Helfen Medical Centre — the German word for “To Help” — was founded on a simple but powerful observation: the residents of Uthiru and Nairobi’s growing western suburbs deserved more than a GP clinic, but didn’t want to battle city-centre traffic for mid-level care.
We set out to build a healthcare facility that felt both professional and personal — where every patient is known by name, every mother is supported through pregnancy, and every diagnosis is delivered with clarity and compassion.

To deliver accessible, comprehensive, and compassionate healthcare to the Uthiru community and Nairobi's peri-urban households — removing the need to travel far for quality mid-level care. We serve every walk-in, every appointment, every mother and every family with the same standard of excellence.
Our Vision
To become Nairobi's most trusted community healthcare hub, a facility recognised not just for its clinical capability, but for the warmth, dignity, and compassion with which care is delivered. We envision expanding to specialist clinics, Saturday hours, and eventually a second location to serve more families.
